Resource Manager

LOCATION | MONTICELLO

The focus of this position is to work towards a safe and healthy environment for assigned families where their primary needs are met, with the ultimate goal of independent living. All actions taken in this role are geared towards the best interest of the family by strengthening the family unit, through providing needed life skills and resources - all with a Christ centered focus. The Resource Manager is responsible for family from initial contact to program exit.

Clinical Caseworker

LOCATION | SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS

This position is responsible for providing structured, goal oriented and time limited Family Centered Treatment (FCT) in the home environment to families who need assistance. The Clinical Caseworker will focus on the families’ strengths and empower them to make changes that have a lasting impact. Clinical Caseworkers will receive on-the-job training and certification in the Family Centered Treatment model, which is an innovative, evidence-based approach that achieves effective outcomes. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field. One year of experience working with families is preferred.

Campus Foster Parents

LOCATION | MONTICELLO

Does your family have a passion to live on mission? You can serve on the mission field right here in Arkansas. Our campuses provide real homes and a real family environment for siblings in foster care. We have an immediate need at our flagship campus for couples who share our vision to impact children and families with the Gospel. Campus foster parents provide the loving stability that brothers and sisters deserve, and give them the hope of a healthy future. The Monticello campus is a peaceful setting where foster parents are provided the home to care for 4-6 siblings and a community of support through campus staff and resources. Some of those resources include a new swimming pool, horses, a fishing pond, and a basketball gym. Campus families are equipped with the services of a Connected Caseworker, a Connected Care Coach, and Respite support. In addition to housing, utilities, transportation, and board stipend are also provided. Foster parents have the opportunity to contribute to campus life with an on-campus job or advance their careers through jobs in the community. Each of our homes and the entire campus are newly updated to provide families and children the best support and environment possible. Your family can eternally impact childhoods and help restore families.
