John Ross

DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL PROJECTS

John Ross joined Arkansas Baptist Children & Family Ministries in 1984, making him one of the pillars of our organization. His responsibilities include working on development, fundraising and capital campaigns. Supporting ministry efforts aligns with John’s personal beliefs. He was saved at age 12, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Arkansas State Teachers College (now the University of Central Arkansas). John and his wife Lue have been married for nearly 60 years, raised two sons and now enjoy three adult grandchildren. In his free time, you might find John making the most of great hunting and fishing opportunities in the Natural State – or stopping for a cup of coffee at McDonald’s. He’s probably visited every set of golden arches in the state.
