Angel Lucas

Director of Quality Assurance

A favorite verse for Angel Lucas is “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6) This verse holds a special place in her heart as she serves as our Director of Quality Assurance. After working two decades in community mental health, Angel felt the Lord calling her home. Angel began her relationship with Arkansas Baptist Children and Family Ministries over 30 years ago. Since then, she has been involved with ABCFM in many ways. Angel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ouachita Baptist University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for many years. When not working, she enjoys vacations at the beach, reading, and spending time with her family, including her husband and three grandchildren. Angel is excited about the work being done through the different divisions of ABCFM and is trusting the Lord as He continues to guide her ways.
